The course is composed of 3 parts of around twenty "Lectures and practices" each, at one lesson per week. It is very progressive and complete, one does not need any special aptitude but just to have a spiritual longing, a personal quest. Every weekly session is organized as follows:

We must be lucid and realistic: we cannot play piano correctly, neither resolve difficult equations, without having made a minimum of efforts, or only by reading or believing: reading does not allow us to know the Real, it does not bring us any direct and concrete experience in the real world, and only complicates our mind, producing vain theories and fruitless intellectualism; concerning beliefs, they build nothing, they produce nothing, belief is unable to discover the New, the Unknown, and generate only in the human being a blind withdrawal into ourselves, where we become fascinated by dogmas very far from the Real, which will transform us in time into an intolerant person, into a totally ignorant person.

So, not only must we open ourselves to the New, we must get rid of our dogmas, our prejudices, our opinions, and keep an open mind, but also it is necessary, what ever the topic, to work, to pratice, to fight, to encounter some obstacles, to overcome them, until Triumph, Mastery, Happiness, etc.
